IMHO, Exercise is overrated and discipline is underrated...
Being active is the most important and staying away from unhealthy foods as much as possible. Count your calories...once you do this you will automatically know what the "no,no's" are.
Be active and disciplined and you will be rewarded. Do this by yourself (no one needs detractors).

I'm starting to believe that, exercising is overrated. This was also told to me a few years back and I didn't understand the person, but now I do. Lately I have been jogging on my treadmill 30 minutes or more 3-4 times a week, and I barely could keep my eyes open, and asleep in minutes. Never had this problem before, so I cut back the workout to 20mins 2-3 times a week, then 1-2 at 15 minutes a time and going to bed at a decent time. I feel great and I do eat healthy(most of the time). It seems the less working out the better for me and my weight is stable, but I need to lose about 50lbs, and I believe I will have no problem keeping it off. Don't over do exercising, you could be causing harm than help.
